Product introduction

Glucose (Glucose, Dextrose, Glu), also known as corn glucose, referred to as glucose, chemical formula C6H12O6, molecular weight of 180.16, is the most widely distributed and important monosaccharide in nature, belongs to the polyhydroxy aldehyde. Enzymatic methods are commonly used in biochemical detection, and the most commonly used methods are glucose oxidase method and hexokinase method. The characteristics of the above enzymatic methods are: 1. 2. Use mild reaction conditions; 3. Easy to operate; 4, suitable for automatic analyzer, determination of glucose can also be achieved by o-toluidine method, aniline method, benzidine method, etc.

The detection principle of the kit is that glucose is reduced to copper oxide precipitation in a heated alkaline environment, the latter reduces phosphomolybdic acid to molybdenum blue, so that the solution is blue, the color is proportional to the content of glucose, the highest absorption peak is 420nm, the use of spectrophotometer to determine the absorbance value of samples and standards. The glucose content of the sample can be calculated by the formula, which can be used for quantitative determination of glucose content in serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, cells, tissues, cell culture media and other samples of human or animal.
