nucleic acid is a biological macromolecular compound composed of many nucleotides, which is one of the basic substances of life. It is widely present in all animal and plant cells and microorganisms. According to the different chemical composition, nucleic acid can be divided into deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and RNA (RNA). The nucleic acid molecule contains a certain proportion of phosphorus, 9.2% in DNA and 9.0% in RNA. The detection principle of the kit is that under strong acid conditions, organic phosphorus in nucleic acid molecules is converted to inorganic phosphorus, which forms yellow ammonium phospomolybdate with ammonium molybdate, and then the reducing agent reduces the high-valence molybdenum ion to low-valence molybdenum ion, and then forms blue molybdenum blue. In a certain concentration range, the blue depth is proportional to the phosphorus content, and the absorbance is detected at 660nm by spectrophotometer. By checking the standard curve, the phosphorus content was obtained, and if there was inorganic phosphorus in the sample to be tested, it should be deducted, otherwise the result was high.
