The time from venous blood in vitro to complete coagulation is the clotting time, which is a screening test to reflect the activity of coagulation factors in the endogenous coagulation system. When kaolin was added to whole blood, kaolin fully activated coagulation factors Ⅻ and Ⅺ and activated the endogenous coagulation system, while cerebrophospholipids provided a rich catalytic surface for the coagulation reaction, promoted the coagulation process and improved the sensitivity of the experiment.
