Test Principle:In the process of sample determination, the turbidity caused by protein will affect the determination of absorbance value. The Carrez Clarification kit provides related reagents that can help quickly remove proteins from the sample, thereby more accurately determining the target substance. Most samples for the analysis of small molecular substances ( including carbohydrates, alcohols, aldehydes, and organic acids ) can be processed using this set of reagents. The sample clarification was based on the formation of slightly soluble solid zinc hexacyanoferrate ( Zn2 [ Fe ( CN ) 6 ] ), which was formed when Carrez reagents ( I and II ) were added to an aqueous environment. This solid attracts high molecular weight compounds such as proteins by adsorption, resulting in complex precipitation. The precipitate is then removed by filtration or centrifugation to obtain a clear sample solution.
