Test Principle:Iron is one of the metal elements in organisms and plays an important role in many biochemical reactions. In recent years, with the introduction of the concept of 'ferroptosis', researchers have found that the excessive accumulation of ferrous ions in cells is closely related to aging and disease. The fluorescent probe RhoNox-1 can pass through the cell membrane and react with Fe2+ inside the cell to generate rhodamine B. The fluorescence intensity at the excitation wavelength of 540 nm and the emission wavelength of 575 nm is proportional to the content of ferrous ions.
