Test Principle:
L-Lactic acid is an important intermediate product in the metabolic process of organisms, closely related to sugar metabolism, lipid metabolism, protein metabolism and intracellular energy metabolism. The content of L-Lactic acid is an important indicator for evaluating glycogen metabolism and aerobic metabolism. L- Lactic acid is converted into pyruvate and H2O2 under the action of lactate oxidase. H2O2 reacts with a fluorescent probe under the action of enzymes to form a strong fluorescent product. The fluorescence intensity at the excitation wavelength of 535nm and the emission wavelength of 587nm is proportional to the content of H2O2. This kit calculates the content of L- lactic acid in the sample by measuring the amount of H2O2 generated.

Reagents and Equipment Required but Not Provided:Fluorescent microplate reader, balance, benchtop centrifuge, water bath/thermosetting incubator/metal bath, adjustable pipette, 96-well black microplate (fully black, 1 piece included in the box), sealing film (2 sheets included in the box), normal saline, mortar/lymphomizer/cell ultrasonic disruption instrument, ice and distilled water.
